THE 100's
100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats
In that order. timed.
I did this on Friday. and yes, I'm still sore.
Here are my results:
100 pull-ups 7:22-7:57 35 mins.
100 push-ups 8:08-8:20 18 mins.
100 sit-ups 8:21-8:25 5 mins.
100 squats 8:27-8:29 2 mins.
total time 60 minutes
